Our client is recruiting for an internal Sales Executive who will be responsible for remotely hunting for new customers that meet our clients' customer profile. This is a large and diverse set of premium customers that will be dealt with mainly through telephone contact and emails.
The role will be to contact existing and prospect new customers for our client and manage to book appointments for the sales teams. This is a very important customer facing role.

You'll be on the ball with targets, demonstrate impeccable customer service skills and have a bubbly, outgoing personality.
Responsibilities will include:
Effectively build strong relationships through telephone contact and consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
Build sales of existing customers, re-ignite sales with lapsed customers and open new customer accounts.
Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
Effectively promote the company's products by having a comprehensive knowledge of the range and inventory.
Having an ability to listen to each customer's product and service needs.
Ensuring all customer records are accurate and kept up to date on the company data base.
Record and monitor call activity to all customers.
Provide regular feedback and insight to wider sales team/sales management.
Develop a promotional / trading calendar incorporating latest offers to communicate to customers. This has to include all customers date of birth.
Managing the "After Sales" requirements (delivery of goods to customers, sizing issues, fit adjustments, customer satisfaction with the products, etc
Retail experience with a luxury, premium or market challenger

Have a fashion degree or experience working with bespoke suits?
The role is busy, so you will need to be organised and adaptable in order to offer client's the best possible service.

Education & Qualification:
A minimum of good GCSE passes in English and maths
Computer literate in Microsoft office programmes including word and excel
Basic qualifications in customer service, sales or business administration preferred but not essential as relevant experience will be taken into account.
Charismatic, engaging and professional approach to communicating
Proven track record of previous telesales role.
Able to handle positively 'rejection' and being tenacious by nature
Astute and able to translate customer needs into saleable product packages
Proven skills in developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers, colleagues and industry professionals.
A self-starter who is able to demonstrate a creative and intelligent approach to managing their own work load and is able to stay motivated when working unsupervised.
Trustworthy and capable of meeting agreed targets and delivering on promises.
Excellent telephone manner in sales and customer service.
Strong personal confidence and a robust attitude to sales tasks.
A good knowledge of and passion for the footwear industry.
