Our client are seeking a customer retention executive to drive retention and reactivation across multiple marketing channels. The incumbent individual will assist in delivering campaigns using content relevant to individual customers while providing an incredible experience to push repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase customer loyalty through marketing channels.
  • Implement new retention strategies
  • Work closely with email, social media, paid advertisement etc.
  • Generate automation triggers and events for messages.
  • Motivated to drive repeat purchases through campaigns and new initiatives.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience with CRM tools, ideally at an Ecommerce retailer.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Capable of handling data across multiple platforms.
  • Good knowledge and use of Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Ability to build advanced customer segments and dynamic conditions.
